The Goal
Develop a B2B incentive program that supports the network’s business objectives among key customers.

The Execution
Marlin developed an innovative incentive/loyalty promotion for A&E’s affiliates. This promotion rewarded participants for increasing awareness of the networks, revenue generation, and for successfully promoting the value of the network. A list of specific marketing tasks and activities was sent to the affiliates on a monthly basis. Prizes were awarded upon completion of requested activities. A tiered prize structure of unique branded merchandise with incentives for participating managers was provided.

Results
The program increased motivation, loyalty, and participation among key affiliates at unprecedented levels.
